Instructions for Submissions

Submit to *s*u*b*m*i*s*s*i*o*n*s*@*f*i*c*h*o*u*n*d*.*c*o*m* (Remove *'s for the correct email address. Just trying to keep down the spam. Of course, you could just click on the link.)

• Include the following information for each complete or partial submission to the archive
  • Author
  • Email address if you wish to receive comments
  • Title
  • Part/Chapter - Especially important if submission is NOT complete (Eg.     Part 1 of 1, Part 3 of 5, Chapter 7, Part 23 of ??)
  • Disclaimer
  • Rating, especially important if it's above a PG (The archive will not accept anything greater than a R rated story.)
  • Categores, i.e. Action, Prequel, Missing Scene, Angst, Hurt/Comfort, Alternate Universe, Crossover, etc.
  • Episodes (if any or applicable) that were referred to in the submission (if you don't know the title, just give me a description. I can hopefully figure it out.)
  • Permission To Archive
  • The submission or the URL where the submission is located.
  • The URL does not have to be the actual fanfiction location, it can be the page that leads to the fanfiction or even the main page of the location. PLEASE verify the link is correct BEFORE submission!

• PLEASE leave a blank line between paragraphs!
  
  
• Make sure you do not use any characters that are not found on a standard keyboard.  Most problems involve the dash or ellipsis points.  Don't let your word processing program replace -- with a single bar dash or ... with an ellipsis macro. If you wish to use a special character like an accent mark for a specific letter, let me know where it should go.
  
  
• Do NOT use macros or smartquotes or such.
  
  

• Currently acceptable attachments are ASCII Text files (.txt), Rich Text Formt (.rtf), HTML (Or HTM), Microsoft Wordpad (.doc), Microsoft Word or Microsoft Works.
