Rollie looked over at his wife and smiled mischieviously. "How about we find a motel and make use of that costume?"
"Watch it copper or I'll bust you for solicitation." She retorted.
"What we could do with handcuffs..." He arched an eyebrow at her.
"After the party I'll show you my wares." She promised and leaned over to kiss him. Her lips came an inch from his and he slammed on the brakes.
"Oh God!" He exclaimed and scrambled out of the car.
"Rol?!?" Angie started to get out of the car too.
"Take it easy." Rollie advised helping Snow White to her feet. She swayed and he carried her to the car and placed her in the backseat with Angie.
"It's going to be okay, we'll get you to the hospital." The blonde soothed as Rollie closed the door and climbed into the front.
"No, I'm okay. Just take me home." The girl pleaded.
"I really think---" Rollie started.
"No, you didn't hit me, I swear."
The couple exchanged a look and Angie shrugged.
"I'm still going to tell your parents what happened." He said as they heard motorcycle engines in the distance.
"Okay, fine, let's just get out of here!" She replied craning her neck to look out the window.
"Are you in some kind of trouble?" Angie asked.
"Those motorcycle g--guys are after me. My sister will deal with them, please just take me home."
Rollie frowned but nodded and drove away.
"Can you give me directions?"
"Yeah, take a right on the next street." The girl answered looking out the back window. "They found me!"
"Buckle up!"
Angie fastened them both in and Rollie gripped the wheel tighter. Keeping an eye on the motorcycle gang now in his rearview mirror he took the corner sharply then the next one sharply....and espied two semis ahead that left them little clearance.
"When I tell you, lean left!" He ordered.
"Rol...."Angie breathed.
Rollie pressed his foot down on the accelerator and headed right for the moving trucks.
The girl let out a cry and Angie grabbed her hand.
"NOW!"
All three leaned left as Rollie yanked the wheel making the car balance on two wheels clearing the trucks....just barely.
The motorcyclist came roaring around the corner and those in front had no chance to stop or avoid the trucks so they hit them head-on and went sliding underneath them.
The fx artists and their passenger didn't see it, they were long gone from the scene.
"How did you....?" The girl asked in awe.
"Rol was a stuntman."
"Some things you never forget."
"That was awesome!" The girl grinned.
"Let's get you home." Rollie replied seriously.
The gang leader kicked his dead comrades with a growl. "We know where she lives, let's go!" He ordered straddling his hog with revenge on his mind.
"It's down there." She pointed to the street.
Rollie pulled over scoping it out. It seemed like a normal suburban home decorated for Halloween but there were no lights on.
"Is your sister home?" Angie asked.
"She will be soon."
"I'm not leaving you here alone." Rollie replied getting out.
"You think they'll come here?" Angie asked as they joined him.
"They know her sister. It's a safe bet they know where she lives. Give me a hand." He requested opening the trunk. He removed the spare tire and a pack then took the battery out of the engine and carried the items up to the house. "We don't have much time, let's start with the doors...."
The gangleader drove up onto the grass and dismounted. "I want the girl, do what you want with the others." He ordered his gang and they moved in for the siege.
Rollie looked at his PDA, thankfully they had stowed them and a few other things in their rental.
'Heads up, they're at the door.' Angie transmitted.
The front door crashed open and he waited for Angie's signal then turned the power back on once he received it.
'One down....five to go.' Came across his screen.
He smiled and headed up the basement steps to implement step two.
Angie and the girl watched from their hiding place upstairs as the door was smashed open and a member of the gang stepped inside. She pulled a string and he was doused with a bucket of water then she sent the message and Rollie juiced him good. They watched the others hesitate as he fell over still coursing with electricity, not enough to kill him but he'd be out for a while. The blonde pumped her fist and led the girl to another spot to await step three.
Rollie slipped into the darkened kitchen unseen and waited. He didn't have long to be idle as one of the gang carefully entered. The Aussie tossed a fork across the kitchen drawing the man's attention then proceeded to hit an icon on the PDA, setting off a chain reaction which eventually ended with the man being squirted with a clear substance then Rollie threw flour on him. The FXer smiled with satisfaction when the man reached up to rub the flour out of his eyes and his hands stuck there. He hit the man over the head with a frying pan and chuckled. "Good old super glue." He murmured then sent a message to Angie that she was up as he went to prepare for step four.
Angie and the girl watched from their place in the bedroom as the third one came in to search. One more step, she willed him then smiled when he took it. She pulled the string that was tied next to her and the spare tire came down over him, she ran at him and knocked him out the door and down the stairs. 'Three gone, you're up love.'
Pop. Pop. Pop.
The woman ventured closer and reached out to the object.
"Guns don't kill people...people kill people." Rollie said and sprayed a chemical mixture at her which knocked her out easily. He drug her into the shadows and sent the message to Angie. 'Four down, any sign of the last one Ange?'
'Not here.'
'Maybe he-----'
Angie waited for the rest of his message and worried when it didn't come.
"Stay here!" She ordered the girl and crept down the stairs in the darkness....and spotted Rollie, throat in the grip of the last man. "ROL!" She screamed.
The man let him go and turned to her. "I want the girl."
"Go to hell!"
"I just came from there." The man replied and began to laugh as he took a step toward her.
"Then you can go back!" The girl said and hit an icon on the PDA.
The biker looked up too late to avoid the car battery as it swung down at him like a torpedo. It impacted squarely into his chest and send him flying back out the door onto the grass.
"Rol!" Angie rushed over to the Aussie who was gasping for air.
"Ange." He whispered hoarsely as he climbed to hands and knees.
"Don't try to talk." She said helping him sit up.
"You...two...okay?" He managed.
"Yes and you are stubborn." Angie hugged him.
"Lights...tie up."
"I got it, just sit here and rest."
The girl sat next to him while Angie took care of things, careful to remove the wire from the water before turning the power on again.
"DAWN! DAWNIE!"
The girl ran to the door and hugged her sister.
"Are you okay?" The older one looked her over.
"Thanks to Rollie and Angie." She nodded.
Her sister looked at the couple, as if appraising.
"Looks like somebody else ripped baddie ass tonight too." Their male companion observed.
"Thanks for the help, we can handle things now." The older girl said.
"The police will want to question us." Angie said helping Rollie to his feet.
"I think this is pretty self-explanatory", she replied looking around. "Besides, you should put some ice on his neck and keep him from talking too much tonight." She added looking at them.
"She's right." The red headed girl with her nodded decisively.
"Okay....let me give you our number if the police need to talk to us." Angie replied and wrote it down.
Rollie rubbed his bruised neck gently and removed the cap gun and battery then pointed to the spare tire.
"Oh...uh...let me." The other man said and got it for them. He helped put the car back together and the couple was on their way with Angie driving.
"You sure you're okay?"
"Yeah, they were great. If they hadn't come along when they did...."
"Looks like there are some other people who are with us." The redhead smiled.
Rollie sighed and closed his eyes.
"Maybe I should take you to the hospital."
"No....I'm....okay....sweetie."
"Did you get a look at those bikers?" She asked knowing it would do no good to argue.
"A...little Halloween...overkill....straps?"
"I was thinking the same thing." She nodded and smiled at him. "Well, this is one Halloween we won't forget."
"All right, we have a mess to clean up." Buffy Summers said looking around at the shambles of their house.
"Just another Hellmouth Halloween." Xander Harris quipped as they set to work.
Of course Sunnydale, Dawn, Buffy, Xander, Willow and the demon bikers are all part of Buffy: The Vampire Slayer. No infringement is intended, just a little "cross" -over with our favorite FXers for some Halloween fun.
HAPPY HALLOWEEN! ;-D
